Beatles Retro
Another musical themed retro for the collection. Created in collboration with Daniel Schaus
𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼?
- Re-visit the Beatles discography with your team and identify what experiments to try next through metaphorically applying some of their top songs to how things are progressing with your team
- Find out what the team should 'Let it be' - Experiments to stop, or things to care less about. Where 'All you need is love' - What the team loved about the last iteration, or what kudos the team should give one another
- Invite the team to rate their retro using a fist of five (Yellow submarines). As retros themselves shouldn't be excluded from continuous improvement
- It's an excuse to play Beatles music at work
- Because retros don't have to be the same old styles!
