Why use this retro?
- 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲: Share as a team whether you'd choose the red or the blue pill. Fight for change or remain blissfully unaware of the world around you.
𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: Use quotes / themes from the movie to provoke thinking as to how the team is doing. Where is there a glitch in the teams matrix? A deja vu where we keep facing the same challenges? Or where where 'There is no spoon' - How can the team re-architect its ways of working and challenge its current reality?
Rate the retro: Inspect & Adapt the retro itself by rating how much value it brought you & the team using the fist of five scale. Retros themselves should also be subject to continuous improvement
