Why use this retro?
- ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ธ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ: Create your own virtual street party using Miro icons, pictures of yourselves, images from google or some of the pre-populated options.
๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐จ: Use some of the Jubilee themed celebrations to provoke insights with your team. Investigate how they can be more like the 'Red arrows' - Agile and responsive. Or where the team can light the 'Community beacons' - Create a greater sense of community with those they work with
Rate the retro: Inspect & Adapt the retro itself by rating how much value it brought you & the team using the fist of five scale. Retros themselves should also be subject to continuous improvement
