Why use this retro?
- 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲: Create your own virtual street party using Miro icons, pictures of yourselves, images from google or some of the pre-populated options.
𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: Use some of the Jubilee themed celebrations to provoke insights with your team. Investigate how they can be more like the 'Red arrows' - Agile and responsive. Or where the team can light the 'Community beacons' - Create a greater sense of community with those they work with
Rate the retro: Inspect & Adapt the retro itself by rating how much value it brought you & the team using the fist of five scale. Retros themselves should also be subject to continuous improvement
