Retro theme number fifteen for 2021. Today is the first day of Ramadan and I took it upon myself to improve my understanding of Ramadan by creating this themed retrospective. I invite you to broaden your cultural horizons also as so many retro themes are based on Western themes and I'm keen to change that.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼?
- It's inclusive. There's a built in icebreaker which will get people learning and sharing about Ramadan.
- Explore as a team through some of the principles and practices of Ramadan where you could reflect as a team, build new habits together or promote greater balance. Also challenge yourselves to see how you could be greater allies to our Muslim colleagues.
- Invite your team to rate their own retro using a fist of five (Crescent & Moons). This approach is designed to guide teams towards the criteria for an outstanding retrospective. Retros themselves shouldn't be omitted from continuous improvement!
- Work doesn't need to be boring!
