Retro theme number thirteen for 2021. The long weekend is approaching for many as we celebrate Easter. We may not physically be able to participate together in easter egg hunts, or decorative endeavours, we can do so virtually however! This retrospective has been created in collaboration with fellow Agile Coach - Susannah Chambers

- There's a built in icebreaker which will get people sharing their favourite tradition at this time of year (Built in inclusion for those that may not celebrate Easter, whilst also enabling sharing of different Easter traditions from other cultures)

- Explore as a team through a range of senses (Sound, visual, knetic) where you could improve through asking yourselves questions relating to the Easter. Decorate your easter egg in a way that shows how the last iteration went, ask yourselves what you need to trim from the backlog in the interest of spring cleaning, or use Easter themed music to prompt how you could improve.

- My new 'Rate your retro' approach is included also for you to continue trial. Invite your team to rate their own retro using a fist of five (Easter eggs). This approach is designed to guide teams towards the criteria for an outstanding retrospective. Retros themselves shouldn't be omitted from continuous improvement!

- Work doesn't need to be boring!
