How good does it feel when someone, or a team you're working with starts to get it? Yesterday a tech lead for one of the teams in my company approached me to seek advice. His question - How can I make things more fun to my team? My response? - Ask the team. Understand from them what would make their work more fun for them. Encourage them to choose a few and experiment with them for a few weeks and inspect and adapt accordingly. When people take it upon themselves to act, to seek advice on how to improve things. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. #agile #fun #makeagilefun
