Why has it achieved more than any other transformation effort to date?
Simple. It created a burning platform. It burned the bridges between what was normal and what is the 'new normal'.
It forced companies to take action or risk substantial loss. Businesses like humans seek homeostasis. That delightful equilibrium of comfort.
Covid-19 took this away in one fell swoop and people reacted accordingly.
If you want change, create the compelling 'why' to do so.
