Comic Agile Retro

New Retrospective - Comic Agile inspired

Inspired by the works of Comic Agile illustrators - Mikkel Noe-NygaardView & Luxshan Ratnaravi and their works at https://www.comicagile.net/, myself and Steven Sampson-Jones have collaborated again to build a new retro template

Access the Miro & Image templates below, plug & play into your own instances and let us know how you get on!

Using the image template below, you can upload this retro format into Google Jamboards, Mural or other virtual whiteboards and overlay with your own post-its. No license? No problem.

Why use this retro?

- 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲: In a brand new 'Build a comic strip' icebreaker with excellent illustrations from Steven Sampson-Jones, create a comic strip as a team that represents your last iteration using the people, props and containers provided.

𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: Use some of the Comic agile satirical strips to generate insight as a team. Identify where you're being like an 'Unagile release train' or are too focused on pace, over value.

Rate the retro: Inspect & Adapt the retro itself by rating how much value it brought you & the team using the fist of five scale. Retros themselves should also be subject to continuous improvement

I of course claim no ownership to the copyright material displayed as part of this template.
