- ๐ผ๐ก๐ก๐ค๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐๐๐ข ๐ฉ๐ค ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐ ๐ซ๐ค๐๐๐ - Ask how they would solve their problem before suggesting your own. I often use Miro or other collaborative tools to enable this remotely
- ๐ฟ๐๐ข๐ค๐ฃ๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฉ๐ ๐ซ๐ช๐ก๐ฃ๐๐ง๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฎ - Admit that you don't have all the answers. Help them understand and identify experiments they can try.
