Is it always fun? No.

The below is a snapshot of just some of the feedback on the immersive & themed retrospective content I've been sharing these past few months.

This covers everything from Musical (Queen, Elvis, Beatles), through to Diwali, Christmas, Star Wars and James Bond.

Is all the feedback positive? No. I've highlighted a story in red below to emphasise that these aren't a one size fits all solution to inject fun into the workplace, they are just one option in your toolbelt.

Overwhelmingly however, the feedback is positive.

A little creativity and time for personal interaction, goes a long way to generating insights, engagement and enjoyment.

- Experiment with new ways to keep things fresh for your team

- If something isn't working for them, delve deeper. Explore what would work better?

- Empower the team to decide what fun looks like for them, don't impose fun.
